When does my plan activate?
The Freemyme Starter and Studio monthly memberships activate on first use. Studio + Reformer monthly memberships activate on the date of purchase. Drop-ins and class packs activate immediately when purchased.
What is the difference between one-off and monthly?
One-off options are purchased once and must be used within the validity shown on the plan. Monthly memberships renew automatically every 1-month billing cycle and can be frozen for up to 180 days per freeze, with no fee. Class packs cannot be frozen.
How do monthly memberships renew or cancel?
Monthly memberships renew automatically every billing cycle until cancelled. Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before the next scheduled renewal date to avoid the following charge.
What happens if I cancel late or miss a class?
A 12-hour cancellation window applies to all classes.
Set-class plans
This includes Freemyme Starter, Studio Essential, Studio Core,
all Studio + Reformer monthly memberships, drop-ins and class
packs.
Cancel at least 12 hours before the class starts to retain your
class credit. A late cancellation or no-show uses one class
credit.
Studio Unlimited
Studio Unlimited includes one fee-free late cancellation and
one fee-free no-show per billing cycle. Once the relevant
fee-free allowance has been used, each additional occurrence
of that type within the same billing cycle carries a €10 fee.
These fee-free allowances reset at the start of each new
billing cycle and do not carry over.
Does Studio Unlimited include a guest pass?
Yes. Studio Unlimited includes one free guest pass per billing cycle.
Are grip socks required for Reformer classes?
Yes. Grip socks are mandatory for every Reformer class for safety and hygiene. You may bring your own or purchase a pair at Freemyme for €15.
Can I transfer my membership, pack, class credits or booking to someone else?
No. Memberships, packs, class credits and bookings are personal and non-transferable.
Are refunds available?
Please choose carefully, as purchases are non-refundable. This does not affect your rights under consumer law.
