This class is aimed at moving the body. There are no levels there is no one who is better or worse than the other. We simply come together to move, breath, strengthen, stretch and connect to ourselves on a deeper level. Modifications are always given depending on whether you’re looking to push yourself or keep things casual. We feel mentally and physically different every day, so this class gives you the opportunity to acknowledge your present self.


This class will be different each time you attend. Some days you may be focusing on stretching and mobility, some days you may be challenged and possibly break a sweat! Some days may be faster, some days slower. You may be asked to express how you feel and what kind of class you are after. The teacher will then decide how to proceed.
