The next step up from Freemyflow Beginners, Freemyflow intermediate vinyasa flow class. With this comes an expectation that those who attend already have a good sense of body awareness, coordination, alignment and pranayama. Even if considered as an experienced yogi, we do suggest starting off with Freemyflow Beginners in order to grasp our concept of beginner and intermediate levels.


The class will either start with stretches, breath work (Pranayama), or with some movement’s that activate the core and engage the body and mind. Swiftly moving into a more dynamic flow, you will work towards preparing the body for some more advanced poses such as arm balances, inversions, backbends and so on. Here, the teacher will sometimes leave a window of time to allow each student to explore the pose, play around with props and different kinds of supports, showing you different ways of getting in and out of the pose, tips on how to find stillness once in the pose and so on.

Caution should be taken when holding injury. Communication is key – please let us know if you are pregnant, on medication, recovery and so on.
