DESCRIPTION:

Show up and get ready to push your tank through its paces and push yourself ! Big vibes and hard grit are guaranteed! Tank class is your answer to an ultimate full-body, calorie-burning high heart rate workout! Be ready To push yourself through a high-intensity circuit against the clock. Tank class is programmed to utilize kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements all coupled up with assault bikes for that push & grind. Expect to move fast, breathe heavily, and challenge your aerobic capacity!  

TYPICAL CLASS:

The class will be divided into several stations around the room where each person or a team will rotate between them for a given period of time. Exercises are designed to target multiple muscle groups at a time for maximum efficiency!
