DESCRIPTION:

This class is aimed towards students who are looking to deepen their flexibility while also having an awareness of their anatomical limits. Modifications are strongly encouraged and props will be utilized to help prepare the body for some of the more “advanced” asanas. The class will begin with a short standing sequence to warm up the body before moving into the deeper stretches. Expect backbend drills, shoulder as well as hip openers to lay the foundation for the weekly peak pose.
