DESCRIPTION:

New to pole? This is the class for you! Each lesson begins with an energetic warm-up followed by conditioning exercises using the pole to build your strength and flexibility.In each beginner class, you can expect to learn spins, beginner tricks and skills (such as climbs and inversions) as well as choreography and how to combine moves together. Don’t worry if you feel like you’re not flexible or don’t have a lot of upper body strength- this class will help you build the strength and flexibility required for pole. No experience is required!(Even if you have taken a few pole classes before, this class is still recommended to brush up on the ;basics Pole dancing is a highly addictive, full body workout that’s so much fun, it won’t even feel like you’re exercising!

TYPICAL CLASS:

Every class will begin with an instructor leading you thorough a 10-15minute warm-up and conditioning exercises designed to build strength and flexibility. In each lesson you can expect to learn various pole spins, tricks, poses and skills dependent on the level of your class.The class will be concluded with a cool-down stretch to ease your hard-worked muscles. What to wear: Shorts are required as skin contact on the pole is needed for grip. A comfortable top/sports bra.

 

IMPORTANT:

DO NOT wear any body creams/lotions on your skin on the day of your pole class as they will make the poles slippery which is a safety hazard.
