This Pilates class will push the beginner’s boundaries a bit further.Ideal for those who have a basic understanding on the Pilates breath and main principles, this class would be a step up. This class will help you build stronger confidence and in just a few classes, help you improve your balance as well as refine and improve movement and ability.The class will still include basic level exercises.It may require the use of props such as bands and pilates balls.


Caution should be taken when holding injury.
