DESCRIPTION:

Pilates and HIIT exercises combined will work on every single muscle group and provide a quick and effective cardio workout, which is helpful for burning lots of calories, slowing down ageing and boosting the metabolism.In 45 minutes you will work your core deeply, release stress and rise your energy level.

NOTE:

Caution should be taken when holding injury.

 

OUTCOME/BENEFITS:

Throughout this 45 minutes class, you will strengthen your core and gain better flexibility but also improve your stamina and relieve stress with the HIIT intervals.

 

ATTIRE:

Comfortable stretchy clothing. Mats provided by you may wish to bring your own towel. No shoes require.
