Let’s face it, 45 minutes of movement halfway through your day never hurt anyone. In fact, quite the opposite! The space you hold in this class leaves you feeling like you pressed the ‘refresh’ button. A moment to find stillness, observe the breath, the body, notice the thoughts on the mind and understand how to organize those thoughts.


This class will have the perfect combination of poses to bring weight off the feet, tension from the shoulders and length in the spine. Think twists, side stretches, soft back bends and so on. A longer stay in Savasana puts the cherry on the cake for this one, or shall we say, the ‘ahhhhh’ in ‘yoga’!

Caution should be taken when holding an injury. Communication is key – please let us know if you are pregnant, on medication, recovery and so on. Each class offers a range of equipment such as yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps. These props are free to use whether suggested by the teacher at the start of the class or not. Music might be played at a low and respectful volume, being able to follow the sound of your own breath is always a bonus ☺
