Sessions start with with a brief breath awareness. Rhythmic patterns for breath and movement with trainer holding the space for pranayama and yoga asanas. Yoga asanas specific to boost blood flow, strong stillness, enabling alertness and enthusiasm to feel an increase in both mental and physical energy. Session then closed with with short sitting meditation with positive afternoon affirmations.



Outcome/ benefits: Our intention with these sessions, is to offer an express grounding experience for the on the go individual. When the mind becomes present the brain is optimised in decision making, also awakening dormant areas of the brain to attain higher vibratory energy and awareness, enabling to go beyond ones self imposed mental blocks, leaving the participant expanded on life force and vital energy, needed to be our optimum selves. The challenge is to quiet the mind and find deeper presence.
