LOWER BODY FOCUS DAYS.

Programmed in 4 week blocks, our new BUILD class will help create a rock-solid foundation!We are constantly changing and updating our class programs (every 4 weeks with new phases to always keep you challenged and progress) All Programming based on scientific principles and our own coaching experience. Every session will be a meaningful step towards muscle building and an increase in functional strength!

TYPICAL CLASS:

The class is designed to develop your lower body strength! Each class includes 4 compound LIFTS (squats/deadlifts variations, knee flexion dominant and hip extension dominant) together with key complimentary accessory work around those movements and a fun and challenging conditioning part to finish with. This class is ideal for people at all levels! Whether your goal is to get stronger, or you’re looking to improve general fitness, performance or just to look and feel better, this class is for you!
