DESCRIPTION:

In this class we will concentrate on opening the thoracic spine and strengthening the back muscles through contortion and yoga techniques. Among other benefits of the class, the main one leads to improving the posture. Different props like straps, blocks will be used. Students will also learn to use the wall while working with the upper back. The class is suitable for all levels students.

TYPICAL CLASS:

The class will start with warming up and improving the strength of the thoracic spine and shoulders using different props. We will also concentrate on stretching these areas using contortion and yoga techniques.Then we will work on different yoga poses which involve the opening of the thoracic.

Improving the posture. Strengthening the back muscles and developing spine flexibility in the thoracic area.
