DESCRIPTION:

Fun, effective & focused, join us in ABB for a lower-body / core-focused workout. Programmed around band and body weight, targeting smaller muscle groups, using key bodyweight movements, and a moderate intensity which is just enough to slightly elevate your heart rates.

TYPICAL CLASS:

A typical ABB class will be programmed to ensure your glutes are targeted with high volume and your core is strengthened with efficiency, whilst also adding a touch of intensity to ensure you get the most out of your 45min sessions.
