Milos

Milos is all heart, but don’t let that fool you into thinking he’s an easy trainer. In fact, his militant style and passion for fitness makes him a pretty unique trainer.
Ever since young, Milos was constantly involved in sports, Especially in martial arts which helped him evolve and grow in both mental and physical strength. A year with the military also gained him self discipline and mental perseverance.
Since becoming a trainer he has focused primarily on HIIT , INTERVAL and Metabolic Condition training, not without army training inspired training elements.
His motto is:
“Challenge yourself daily outside your comfort zone”.

  • FMM Grit
  • Grit is a tour de force outdoor power session. Promotes a positive mental attitude. This power session will leave you ready to take on your next challenge and come out on top! The ideal preparation for THE GRID race, this summer '17.

    Expect running, with variations of bootcamp style training.

    Frequent participants experience elevated mood, surged HGH levels, increased strength and stamina and adopt a no-excuses mentality and approach to the day, while shredding body fat. Right on!!


    ATTIRE: You're bound to get wet in a grit, whether summer swimming, winter raining or just good old sweat. Grit makes it pour. Outdoor running shoes required.


  • Ripped
  • This rapid and explosive session is ideal for the person looking to boost energy levels, strength and fitness, before the rest of the day begins. This ‘no excuses’ power session frees up the rest of your day, to enjoy the benefits of a newer and more productive body and mind, while getting ripped.
     
    PLEASE NOTE
     
    Those holding injury must take caution and inform the trainer before the session commences.
     
    THE BENEFITS
     
    Amplify energy levels, release endorphins and serotonin and feelhappy. Increase strength, muscle bulk and fitness level. Reduce body fat and raise metabolic rate.

  • Metacore Express
  • This 30 minute power session is a perfect combo of Core strengthening & conditioning and fat melting interval bouts. Expect planks, countless variations of crunches and twists, mixed in with an ideal entourage of metabolism raising, butt kicking interval cardiovascular movements.

    PLEASE NOTE

    This is a hybrid power session of sculpt and intensity. Caution must be practised when holding injury.

    THE BENEFITS

    Build core strength, Improve physical ability for functional movements and sports, increase endurance, Improve aesthetics, burn bodyfat, Boost feel-good hormones, decrease stress levels, increase libido, promote restful sleep.


  • Abfactory
  • From beginning to end, this abdominal and oblique building class brings clay to the sculptor and precision power to the chisel, to create that defined, bulging muscly abdomen. A 30 minute midsection hypertrophy class, using strength building and volume based exercises to gain that framed six pack that we all love! Expect focus on mind to muscle connection and many many variations of crunches and abdominal & oblique building exercises.
    Warning: Side effects of this group session may include increased shirtless activity and crop top shopping.
     
    PLEASE NOTE
     
    Direct abdominal and core exercise largely involves the lower back and many supporting muscle groups. Please take caution if holding injury.

    Builds abdominal and core muscles, tightens the stomach area, promotes further improvement in sports, improves confidence.

  • Rise&Grind
  • Our second edition outdoor session but unlike FMM GRIT, Rise and grind involves less running and more reps! Each session is located by the calm morning seas, to awaken the senses and brighten your day with a HIIT style WOD (workout of the day) on the beach. Expect sandbag drills, calisthenics and pulse raising action, to brighten up anybody's day.
