  • A combat based class. Combative impact training causes such physical demand on the body, which commands it to adapt. FIGHTfit uses basic martial arts kicks and punches, along with agility training to carve out the action hero in you.
    Bringing your own pair of gloves is highly recommended for your own personal hygiene and comfort.
    Caution should be taken when holding injury.
    Condition the body and mind, just like a fighter. Strengthen the entire body, increase cardiovascular fitness, increase metabolism, burn down calories and fat, reduce stress, release feel good hormones and improve confidence.
