When Heidi started looking for exciting new ways to expand her fitness and health, she fell in love with yoga. She was practicing and teaching ashtanga in Finland for 4 years under the guidance of her own teachers who follow the tradition of Guruji, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. As an eternal explorer she later studied other yoga styles and went to teach ashtanga, vinyasa and yin yoga to Dominican Republic and Thailand. Her classes are focused on developing skills in a happy and safe environment, with the main desire of connecting soul, body, and mind. She’s also encouraging to find the wisdom and love living in all of us.
