Pam

Pam has been involved in the fitness and dance industry from a young age, bringing many years of experience in fitness, dance classes, personal training, and outdoor training sessions.

Pam achieved a First and National Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development then moved to London to pursue a Degree in Contemporary Dance. In London, she worked as a personal trainer in one of London's leading gyms as well gaining two more fitness certificates: sports specific nutrition and primal flow fitness instructor.

Since she's been back in Malta, Pam has been training and competing as a Crossfit athlete as well as teaching contemporary Dance.

“Fitness is my passion and I believe that you can never be fit without being healthy which is why I promote health and fitness side by side. There is no better feeling than when you are fit and healthy and that is why I strive to inspire my clients to find their way towards this goal. There are several different paths - you just need to allow me to help you find the one that works best for you .”

    It involves variations of large and strong compound movements, including strengthening pushing and pulling motions for the whole body. The core is also effectively activated through compound lifts, building an overall stronger body. Regulars of this power session can expect to gain a solid and athletic midsection to match their physique..
    WElift takes a step by step approach and gains momentum in learning perfect technique and setting the foundations for a productive and happy future in lifting for muscle gain and body forming.

  • Everyone who enters our doors is an athlete. This series is designed for intermediate to advanced level strength training athletes. Join the MC gang..the camaraderie is high, support is plenty and together, the work ethic is epic. Be prepared to hit a Full body workouts, with bias towards particular body parts or movements, which may be focused on in that week.
     
    EXPECT:Strength cycles, strength conditioning, body shaping, calisthenics, hypertrophy and metabolic raising routines.
     
    Note:Strictly indoor shoes or barefoot training. Gym gloves, strap, wraps, tape, belts and liquid chalk are welcome. No powder chalk!
     
    IMPORTANT: If you are injured or limited in movements, you MUST advise your coach PRIOR to the start of the session.

  • This rapid and explosive session is ideal for the person looking to boost energy levels, strength and fitness, before the rest of the day begins. This ‘no excuses’ power session frees up the rest of your day, to enjoy the benefits of a newer and more productive body and mind, while getting ripped.

  • From beginning to end, this abdominal and oblique building class brings clay to the sculptor and precision power to the chisel, to create that defined, bulging muscly abdomen. A 30 minute midsection hypertrophy class, using strength building and volume based exercises to gain that framed six pack that we all love! Expect focus on mind to muscle connection and many many variations of crunches and abdominal & oblique building exercises.
    Warning: Side effects of this group session may include increased shirtless activity and crop top shopping.
