Pilates Beginner


This class is taught by:
Never done Pilates before? Then you’ll fit right into this beginner level class in pilates matwork, designed for all those new to the method or wishing to review the introductory principles of Pilates body conditioning. The concepts of alignment, breath and control will be learned, as will all of the basic mat exercises. This is also a corrective type of pilates suitable for people with spinal injuries or those needing to improve posture.
No prior knowledge of Pilates is required.
 
PLEASE NOTE
 
Beginners pilates is suitable for those holding injury, however caution should still be taken.
