Pilates Intermediate

This class is taught by:

Gaby Davies

Gaby is a freelance dance artist, and certified yoga and pilates instructor who trained in Malta, the UK and India. Since a young age she has always had a passion for movement and finding means of challenging the body from an internal perspective by giving importance to anatomy and bodily sensations. When pursuing a profession in dance, she felt the necessity to engage to yoga and pilates as means to help her challenge her physicality through other movement disciplines. She immediately saw an improvement in her physical strength and body awareness that she began to devote more time in these practices and eventually also became a yoga and pilates instructor. Gaby has a passion to find a link between all three disciplines and to help people open their bodies both physically and energetically. In fact, her classes are considered both physical and engaging while adapting to the level of the students in front of her.
