Troy Martin

After training and competing in athletics from the age of 13-21, reaching the height of 2nd best Decathlete in the U.K for his age group, Troy decided to take training up at a new level. Training and coaching others gave him an opportunity to use all of the fitness components he learned as an athlete and to help people with their fitness goals.

Anoosha Iftikhar

This London girl, with 8 years of experience in carving bodies, building fitness levels and motivating those she encountered, has worked with a broad spectrum of students and clients, from children, to athletes, to the elderly. Not only did she gather the professional insight which only few experienced trainers develop, but through her experiences, Anoosha also picked up a deeper understanding of the body and the importance of mindset, which she uses in her training methods.

"Most doubt they can actually achieve their fitness goals, but if they only knew what greatness they are capable of, we all are....well, they would be on a life changing journey, for starters!" - Anoosha

Pam Borg

Pam has been involved in the fitness and dance industry from a young age, bringing many years of experience in fitness, dance classes, personal training, and outdoor training sessions.

Pam achieved a First and National Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development then moved to London to pursue a Degree in Contemporary Dance. In London, she worked as a personal trainer in one of London's leading gyms as well gaining two more fitness certificates: sports specific nutrition and primal flow fitness instructor.

Since she's been back in Malta, Pam has been training and competing as a Crossfit athlete as well as teaching contemporary Dance.

“Fitness is my passion and I believe that you can never be fit without being healthy which is why I promote health and fitness side by side. There is no better feeling than when you are fit and healthy and that is why I strive to inspire my clients to find their way towards this goal. There are several different paths - you just need to allow me to help you find the one that works best for you .”

Milos Ilić

Milos is all heart, but don’t let that fool you into thinking he’s an easy trainer. In fact, his militant style and passion for fitness makes him a pretty unique trainer.
Ever since young, Milos was constantly involved in sports, Especially in martial arts which helped him evolve and grow in both mental and physical strength. A year with the military also gained him self discipline and mental perseverance.
Since becoming a trainer he has focused primarily on HIIT , INTERVAL and Metabolic Condition training, not without army training inspired training elements.
His motto is:
“Challenge yourself daily outside your comfort zone”.
HOTBODZ: FULL BODY

Hotbodz is the favorite female body shaper, which welcomes men alike because it targets the whole body in segments. This allows for more focus and better results. If you’re looking for the full HOTBODZ experience, try Abs&Butts Mondays, Abs&Arms Wednesdays and the FullBody Class on Fridays.

We recommend hitting each bodypart twice weekly, for best results, but don’t fret if you miss either of the Monday or Wednesday because Friday has got your back!

Please note:
The class intensity is set in a way for all levels. Scaling options are always present, for new starters.
