Michelle Scicluna
Michelle started her yoga journey quite recently - completing her 200hr TT with Freemyme in 2016. Since then, however, she has dedicated all her time and energy to practicing yoga, not only on the mat but in every day life, soaking up as much knowledge as possible! After completing her pre and post natal yoga degree in London, she decided to start her teaching career in the Caribbean. Now back in Malta, completing yet another teacher training certificate for kids, she is eager to continue her teaching journey and share her love for the practice.

Anneli Wisèn

Anneli Wisén is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 certified teacher and a Reiki healer level I & II. She specialises in dynamic vinyasa and hatha yoga, yin, restorative yoga and also a variety of guided meditation.

Her classes are guided with a lot of creativity, playfulness and mind-body awareness. Anneli sees yoga as a tool for healing the body, mind and spirit, and in her classes you will also come to practice stress relief, being present in the moment and orientation to your center.

Anneli is originally from Sweden, with a background in all kinds of sports, e.g soccer and gymnastics. In her classes you will achieve both physical and mental tools for growing in your individual yogic path, and towards creating the best version of yourself. Exploring a space where self love can become as great as your love for yoga.

Anchelique Fjaere

A former professional dancer for the stars, Anchelique isn’t only strong and sharp but also flowing in her transitions. She was quickly uprooted to advanced levels, as she began her yoga journey with Ashtanga, Bikram and then finally finding passion for Vinyasa Flow. She’s an accredited E-RYT200 and 500hr yoga alliance registered teacher and your ideal guide and coach for those who are looking to improve their body through movement, yoga and dance or who are searching for peace and serenity, through the guidance of a true artist.

SERVICES OFFERED
Yoga, meditation, dance, choerography, one-on-one journey to handstand, and personal training. Increase strength and flexibility, improve core and posture, lose weight, detoxify and improve wellbeing.
 
This restorative Yoga practice is designed to help settle your nerves and open key areas of your body ( hips, legs, shoulders, neck, back ) for rejuvenation and recovery.
This is a very calm and gentle yoga practice using restful, opening and muscle releasing postures. Poses are held for longer periods of time with mindful focus on the body and breath to help ease you into a total and deep relaxation. The class usually involves the use of bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets.
